• 3rd Annual Outer Banks Shrimp Cook-Off to benefit the Outer Banks Center for Dolphin Research will be held at Ocean Boulevard Bistro and Martini Bar in Kitty Hawk. Nine local restaurants will compete to prepare the best shrimp dish, using fresh local shrimp for all attendees to sample from 12:00 p.m.-3 :00 p.m.
