This popular vacation home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the upscale community of Kinnakeet Shores, a family-friendly neighborhood perfect for a walk, jog or bike ride. "Jolly TK" is conveniently located near Food Lion grocery store, shopping and wonderful restaurants. You'll be within walking distance of the beach access or you may prefer to jump in your 4WD and drive right onto the beach from the access ramp. Be sure to experience a trip to the famous Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in Buxton or charter a fishing trip from Hatteras Village.

Guests will enjoy use of an Olympic-sized community pool and tennis courts at the Kinnakeet Shores facility located behind our Avon office.

- Elevator goes from enclosed carport to all levels of the home.
- No pets, please.
- Please note there is no direct sound access to the Pamlico Sound from home, but the views of sound and sunsets are beautiful and unobstructed.
- Fireplace is not for guest use.
