Take in horizon views and salty breezes from the crow's nest. Relax your evenings away on the spacious screened porch. With a cozy living area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 4 comfortable bedrooms, Fishdance offers everything you need!

Guests will enjoy use of an Olympic-sized community pool and tennis courts at the Kinnakeet Shores facility located behind our Avon office.

Enjoy the convenient location near surf board and kayak rental stores and just a short drive to the Hatteras Island Plaza with the Food Lion grocery store, several restaurants, Duck Donuts and great stores to shop.

Fishdance is a great place for all your beach fun!

Location was fine. Well stocked and large kitchen. For a dog friendly property there wasn’t anywhere for the dogs to potty without getting thorns in their paws. On the positive… the house was very clean !!! And we had to place 2 calls to maintenance (1 was our fault and a toilet seat broke during our stay). Sun Realty came same day, even came on a holiday!!

This home is in a good location and convenient to the town of Avon and is better than the average Outer Banks home. It is dated, but better than the average that we have rented over the last six years! The mattresses were firm and appeared to be relatively new. The owner of this home appears to have done more than most. We would stay in this house again.

quick walk to beach

The house had everything that was promised. The walk to the beach was quick and easy but I would recommend bug spray for the evening time. We used the screened in porch every night we were there and it was fantastic! The views from the top deck gave sunrise and sunset views. Also the reviews said the beds were hard- we found them comfy!

Perfect location for us! The kitchen was equipped with things we needed. All beds and living room seating was comfortable. Needs adequate circulation of a/c in bedrooms.

The cottage is a nice find in a quiet neighborhood. Very basic and worked well for our family. As an FYI- the king bed was VERY firm and we could not find pot holders in the kitchen. The screened in front porch was a one of our families favorite spots for cards and meals. The interior is a bit dated but works well for a close walk to the ocean.
