Personal Coordinator - Corolla and Kitty Hawk

Maintenance Coordinator - Harbinger

Sun Realty is seeking a full time, year-round Maintenance Coordinator to join its team. This is an in-office position with infrequent-to-rare offsite responsibilities. The Maintenance Coordinator is the liaison between homeowner, guests, and Sun Realty’s maintenance team. This position requires weekend and holiday availability. The Maintenance Coordinator will provide Sun Realty’s homeowners and guests with the highest level of satisfaction, ensuring continuous delivery of excellence in property management, hospitality, and professionalism. Sun Realty’s Housekeeping Departments are currently hiring seasonal and year-round part-time team members for various locations in Avon, Salvo, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, Duck, and Corolla. With over 43 years of experience, Sun Realty is a leading provider of vacation rental properties, serving over 18,000 families annually! Cleaners have the potential to earn up to $350+ per turnover day, with even more for seasonal deep cleans, while inspectors are paid $18.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • Assist with loading and unloading of company trucks
  • Operate commercial washers and dryers 
  • Ability to lift 50-100lbs. constantly throughout the work day

 **FULL-TIME & PART-TIME AVAILABILITY** 

Requirements:

Sun Realty’s Pool & Spa Cleaners are dedicated to ensuring the utmost satisfaction for Sun Realty’s homeowners and guests by consistently delivering excellence in the general maintenance and care of their Pool and Spas.
