ideal home for a small family

This home was nicely appointed and is ideal for a small family to enjoy the beach. Only about 100 footsteps from the beach! We enjoyed the homes location. It is so close to the beach! We also enjoyed that home had lots of sunlight. Contemporary and comfortable furniture. The kitchen has everything but wooden spoons. The mattress in the main bedroom was not so comfortable.

This is the third time we stayed here. Good price. This house could use some tlc, could use a refresh. The kitchen is ok. We didn't cook very much. We most enjoyed the location, the deck and the hot tub while here!

This is a great house! All beds and sofas were comfortable. TV was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped, one request would be a tea kettle for the stove or electric kettle. The homes location was great! It was so close to the beach, it's just across the street from the beach. It even had a "beach view" despite being across the street. Located near shops and restaurants.

The house needs some TLC and some updates, but has great location! Location, location, location! We really enjoyed the proximity and easy access to beach, the ocean views, the hot tub on the deck and having those big windows in the main room! The kitchen was pretty well equipped but didn't have a full size crockpot. The beds and sofas were comfortable. The queen beds could use two more pillows each. The bathrooms need updated and much better lighting.

Would love to stay here again next year! Great location! Close to beach and eateries. Home is in a quiet neighborhood! All the homes bedding and living spaces were comfortable. The kitchen lacked nothing!

This is the third time we've stayed in this house and it's perfect every time! Lovely location. We most enjoyed the views and the quietness while staying here. Beds and couches were comfy. Kitchen is the perfect size.

Awesome location! The house was in close proximity to the beach, it was perfect for a family with young kids. The house was clean and well kept. The dishwasher wasn't working upon arrival, which handwashing dishes for the week was a minor inconvenience. Overall we would definitely rent again!

I recommend this house. It is well equipped and modern. The beds and living area were comfortable and in great condition. The couches all looked new. The view is wonderful! Home is in a good location, just a 1 minute walk to the beach. The house is right where the path to the beach is!

This house is in a perfect location! Beautiful view of the ocean! Didn't cook much. Kitchen had everything we needed. Sofas were fine. Bed not too bad.

Overall

This house is in an excellent location and we would love to rent it again next year. The kitchen was well stocked this is the first kitchen that had everything we needed. Sofa and loveseat were not very comfortable. I would recommend at least a chair of some sort in the living room area as well.
