It's not too early to get a jump on next year's beach vacation - request your 2024 week now!
Advance Reservation Process
Pre-Reserve your favorite vacation home for next year! We are now taking advance reservation requests for tentative availability through 2024. Get the best beach house, in the best location, with the best amenities by booking early. Simply search for your preferred property and available week. You'll navigate through the booking process as normal. If the home is available to confirm, you'll be prompted for your first payment and will receive your lease agreement via email. If this is a tentative reservation, you'll be contacted to confirm the hold with the appropriate non-refundable advanced reservation hold fee. Once it's time to confirm the reservation in the fall, you'll receive an email requesting the full initial payment.
Once we release 2024 tentative rates and availability, we will hold your 2024 reservation request and contact you with confirmation instructions and details.
- If you are the current occupying guest, you will have first priority to tentatively reserve the home, for the same week of the upcoming year. You may submit your request to your rental office upon departure. Remember: you have until the Tuesday following departure to request that week for the following year.
- If you are not currently occupying the home or you are requesting a different week, you may submit a request through our online services or contact our team at (252) 441-7035.
- The week will become first come/first serve; however, priority is given to current year guests and homeowners.
