As a destination community, the Outer Banks is often overlooked by vacationers. Just like your hometown, the Outer Banks has families in desperate need of help. All year long, Sun Realty supports local community programs which benefit an assortment of citizens throughout the Outer Banks. However, in the winter months and during the holiday season, local non-profits need your help more than ever. Whether you’re a local or in town this holiday season there are plenty of ways for you to help.
Support the Arts and buy a gift from a local artist at the Dare County Arts Council. A holiday bazaar showcasing over 500 pieces of art is going on at DCAC headquarters at 104 Sir Walter Raleigh Street on the waterfront in Manteo, through December 31, 2010.
Donate a Toy to the Outer Banks and Marine’s Toys for Tots Drive
