Hook, Wine and Sinker is equipped with everything you'd need to create a memorable family vacation. The ground level features a rec room with a pool table, 2 smart TVs, a wet bar, a full-size refrigerator, a commercial ice maker, and a blender to enjoy cool drinks poolside. Two pairs of sliding glass doors lead out to the private pool area with deck space and furniture for relaxing, dining, or lounging. Two tables provide outdoor dining for 10 poolside. Barbecue at the gas grill, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a soothing outdoor shower. A junior suite with a pyramid bunk bed is available on the ground level with a desk and chair for virtual learning or work-from-home. A full indoor bathroom is accessible via the bedroom and main room.

The mid level features 2 king en suites and 1 queen en suite, all with private bathrooms and smart TVs. The front king en suite offers sliding doors to the mid-level deck with ocean views and lounge furniture. The washer and dryer are located on this level.

The top level is home to a bright and airy great room with high ceilings and panoramic windows featuring gorgeous ocean views. The open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining area, living area, a full-size stand-up arcade video game, and a sun deck where you can watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. Relax in the living area on the 2 sofas, recliner, and armchair with a 75” flat-screen TV with surround sound. The kitchen features a refrigerator with an ice maker, wine cooler, range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a center island with casual bar seating with 4 stools. You have your choice of coffee makers, both Keurig and Mr. Coffee. Also by request, a double air fryer has been added to complete the kitchen. There is plenty of seating with a large kitchen table and breakfast table. A half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen. This level also features a king en suite with a TV and a private bath.

The unheated pool is available from May 11th - September 21st, 2024.
