The 6th Annual Day at the Docks will be this Saturday, September 18, on the waterfront at Hatteras Village. The celebration of Outer Banks Hatteras Island culture and heritage brings together island families, vacationers and locals.
The festivities will begin at 10 a.m. with the release of white doves over the harbor. The event will conclude with live music and dancing at 9 p.m.

The Outer Banks Pirates Festival will kick off this Thursday, September 16, 2010. Activities will be held all over the Outer Banks through Sunday, September 19.
